Television introduced me to “Have Gun – Will Travel” (1957-1963) and Paladin’s calling card. Paladin was a good guy, whose half hour program was filmed in black and white, as was his carriage of justice.
Fast forward, 1970-ish, Mr. Senkiw — who was also a good guy, teacher of mine — introduced me to Charlemagne and his paladins known as the Twelve Peers, warriors extraordinaire.
Which brings us current to 2014. E.J. Vogel who is an avid gamer, tells me that Paladin — still the good guy — is alive and well in the World of Warcraft, and Dungeons and Dragons. Thank you, Sweetie.
Clearly, Paladin lives on.
May this gallery be yet another venue for the good guys.
